The British Party

We had a very fun-filled British Party last week.

The Birthday Boy had just moved to India from UK and his friends decided to surprise him with a British Themed Birthday Party. Boy! Was he surprised!

We had converted the place to look like a British Pub. Even the guests came in as British personalities. It was a lot of fun.

Here are a few props we created for the party.

We recycled a Fridge Box to look like the famous British Red Phone Booth. It was a great feature at the party.

We had the very famous Queen’s Guard cut out as a Photo Op. It was another great addition to the decor.

We also had created a fireplace using recycled carton boxes. It added a sense of warmth to the setting.

The food was very British with Fish & Chips, Roast Beef, Scotch Eggs and the works. We had also created coasters from typical ale and beer logos ( You can see 2 of them in the the picture below).

We had cocktail sticks with popular British Icons.

The cake had the union jack on it. We stuck a few of the cocktail sticks on it too.

We also had little Union Jack stickers that we stuck on the glasses.

Here is a picture of the buntings we made for the party. It also features one of the guests dressed as Sherlock Holmes.

We also created the hat for one of the guests who wanted to dress up as “The Mad Hatter”.
